Aufgaben

  • Take ownership of account administration and documentation
  • Manage daily operations and projects impacting account administration
  • Process client orders and execute trades
  • Handle client requests and provide administrative support
  • Reach out to clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers (RMs)
  • Ensure operational client account management
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders independently
  • Provide clients with relevant information
  • Support RMs in implementing customized solutions
  • Bring excellent service quality to clients, RMs, and Group Heads
  • Help the team manage and grow the client base
  • Channel client feedback to relevant individuals and departments
  • Ensure excellent administration of client accounts
  • Support RMs and the team in client interactions
  • Respond to incoming calls and take prompt action
  • Maintain and update records of client instructions, details, and preferences
  • Create system-based reports for RMs
  • Provide clients with verbal and/or written information and data
  • Handle and execute clients’ requests for orders, trades, transactions, and payments
  • Manage internal projects impacting RM account relationships
  • Solve administrative issues and ensure systems are maintained and updated
  • Collect and share relevant information, ideas, findings, and research with colleagues
  • Conduct reviews, plan ahead, and document own work
  • Provide professional input and proposals for improvements
  • Adhere to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations, and policies
  • Act as the first line of risk defence by raising concerns and escalating issues
