Aufgaben
- Coach teams and business partners on lean-agile practices
- Mentor teams and business partners on lean-agile practices
- Train teams and business partners on lean-agile practices
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Drive Business Computing Group events
- Grow the Agile maturity of internal actors
- Work with external group stakeholders to increase awareness of Agile ways of working
- Deepen business agility fundamentals within the group
- Deepen lean portfolio management concepts within the group
- Coordinate business transformation projects
- Train individuals in agile techniques and frameworks
- Train teams in agile techniques and frameworks
- Design a strategy for improving collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Design a strategy for improving information flow between teams and stakeholders
- Coach agile workshops for product teams and business representatives
- Facilitate agile workshops for product teams and business representatives
- Increase knowledge of Lean/Agile Practices with the Lean/Agile Chapter
- Promote an agile mindset
- Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics
- Foster an environment for accountability
- Foster an environment for continuous improvement
- Supervise teams
