Anforderungen
- Higher Diploma (HF) in Computer Science (Application Development), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on professional experience
- At least 2 years of practical experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, or Python
- Solid understanding of application architecture, REST APIs, integrations, and data modeling
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- PL-200, PL-400, or AZ-204 certifications (advantageous)
- Fluent German
- Good English skills
- Strong interest in manufacturing and production environments
- Enjoyment of working directly with shopfloor teams and production processes
Aufgaben
- Specify, brief, and oversee Power Platform and MES solutions
- Turn business needs into clear specifications
- Build mockups and PoCs to validate feasibility
- Gather requirements from production managers, process and quality engineers
- Translate requirements into robust, actionable specifications
- Brief external service providers on solutions
- Specify requirements to external service providers
- Obtain and assess proposals from external service providers
- Approve solution designs from external service providers
- Oversee implementation by external partners
- Validate delivered solutions against requirements
- Support rollout and user training in production
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Digitalize and optimize manufacturing processes
- Support daily production operations
- Integrate and connect SQL databases, REST APIs, and machine data
- Ensure compliance with IT standards
- Leverage gateways and connectors
- Gather and analyze requirements from production stakeholders
- Translate requirements into practical solution designs
- Manage implementation, user training, and continuous improvement
- Support the deployment of shopfloor and MES solutions
- Collaborate with external partners
- Take ownership of vendor management
- Manage the interface between production and solution providers
