- At least five years of hardware/embedded software development experience, including hands-on charging solutions experience

- Solid understanding of embedded software architecture

Aufgaben
- Take technical ownership of the Charging Solutions domain
- Define scalable platform architecture
- Guide development teams and suppliers
- Turn complex requirements into robust, reusable solutions
- Set priorities and support effective delivery
- Design charging architectures spanning electronics and embedded software
- Ensure effective integration with mechanical components
- Define strategic, reusable platform elements and interfaces
- Translate needs into solutions balancing functionality, performance, quality, cost, and maintainability
- Review electronic schematics, embedded software architecture, and selected code
- Perform hands-on programming (10-20% of role)
- Work closely with external suppliers
- Review supplier technical solutions
- Influence architectural decisions throughout the development chain
- Make sound technical decisions in complex or uncertain situations
- Ensure compliance with medical-device, cybersecurity, and privacy requirements
- Document and communicate architectural decisions
- Promote technical learning, best practices, and continuous improvement
