- Support the team and Relationship Managers with intermediary, FO, and end-client requests
- Handle trading and operational aspects for seamless operations
- Provide fast, competent, and complete responses to requests
- Promote and service e-channels for intermediaries and FO
- Process requests and inquiries related to e-channels
- Place orders
- Handle client requests
- Execute payments
- Place loans and deposits
- Handle inquiries and provide data accurately and timely
- Escalate issues to senior colleagues when necessary
- Exchange information with RMs and stakeholders
- Interact with clients in all respects
- Attend to incoming calls and take prompt action
- Maintain and update client records, details, and preferences
- Create system-based reports for the RM
- Provide clients with verbal and/or written information and data
- Process orders, trades, transactions, and payments
- Handle and execute client requests
- Promote the usage and adoption of e-channels
- Monitor maturity lists for deposits, loans, and trades
- Take action on standard instructions for maturity items
- Seek instructions for non-standard maturity items
- Organize and follow up on client meetings
- Prepare documents for client meetings
- Support RMs in investigations and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal bank teams and units
- Adhere to compliance, legal guidelines, and internal policies
- Act as a first line of risk defense
- Raise concerns and follow up on issues
- Escalate risks and issues as necessary
