Aufgaben

Support the continuation and timely resumption of Capacity Building initiatives
Assist in preparing and delivering courses with the Learning and Development department
Update and organize course materials
Support participant selection for courses
Send invitations for courses
Maintain course archives
Contribute to the development of Crisis Management Simulations and workshops
Ensure smooth implementation of simulations and workshops
Document outcomes of simulations and workshops
Participate in developing and improving didactic tools
Support the monitoring and evaluation of Capacity Building activities
Collect participant feedback
Integrate lessons learned into future courses
Contribute to the division’s internal communication efforts
Prepare content for the Security Wiki and ICRC Intranet
Assist in maintaining and updating knowledge repositories
Collaborate with other departments and external partners on joint initiatives
Foster cross-departmental and Movement-wide exchanges
