Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences
- 8-12 years progressive supply chain experience in GxP-regulated pharma/biotech
- Experience supporting Gene Therapy preferred
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience with complex supply networks, including external manufacturing
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry procedures and regulations
- Knowledge of cGMPs, cGDP and other regulatory requirements
- Experience managing complex projects, especially product launches
- Experience with multi-country product launches
- Sound knowledge of global distribution
- Sound knowledge of trade compliance for high value products
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
- Effective stakeholder management at different levels
- English language proficiency
- Proficiency in German language preferred
- Proficiency in French language preferred
- Experience with Kinaxis
- Experience with Oracle ERP
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with SmartSheet
- Experience working within global cross-functional teams
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple regions

Aufgaben
- Lead the regional commercial Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for Gene Therapy
- Ensure supply readiness for new country launches and portfolio changes
- Oversee supply readiness and distribution from US and European production sites to end-customers
- Ensure uninterrupted supply through cross-functional collaboration, inventory management, and risk mitigation
- Lead Gene Therapy regional SIOP process using Kinaxis and Oracle
- Direct launches and product lifecycle changes in global cross-functional teams
- Manage project aspects of global cross-functional team activities
- Own change controls in the Quality Management System for product lifecycle changes
- Define country packaging configurations for new launch countries
- Collaborate with Global Packaging, Regulatory, Global Planning, and markets on packaging configurations
- Oversee distribution operations from US and European packaging sites directly to hospitals
- Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and Global Planning on distribution
- Handle deviations in distribution operations
- Implement CAPA for distribution deviations
- Manage KPIs and operational reviews
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide backup support for planning activities
- Provide flexible support for Distribution and Shipping Operations for standard modalities
- Act as a key SME during audits and inspections for the gene therapy portfolio
