Anforderungen
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline
- Experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, particularly in upstream or downstream processing
- Understanding of equipment cleaning, cleaning validation, contamination control, or related process engineering activities
- Knowledge of GMP requirements, quality systems, and manufacturing documentation practices
- Familiarity with USP/DSP equipment and process equipment design within biotechnology production environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with passion for continuous improvement, learning, and driving operational excellence
Aufgaben
- Lead and coordinate GMP cleaning investigations.
- Manage cleaning deviation investigations, root cause analysis, impact assessment, documentation, closure, and CAPAs.
- Review manufacturing data, batch records, logs, and results for investigations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, MSAT, Engineering, Validation, and QC on issues.
- Support inspections and audits by presenting investigation outcomes and CAPA strategies.
- Coach manufacturing personnel on GMP practices and quality culture.
- Contribute to process monitoring, risk management, and operational excellence projects.
