Aufgaben
- Develop and execute local growth and operating plans
- Own monthly billing, retention, churn, upsell, and cross-sell targets
- Manage local HR, upsell team, and partner/reseller sales and admin functions
- Define competitive positioning and differentiation via technology, pricing, and customer service
- Build and manage channel partnerships and alliances with agencies and platforms
- Provide market insights on competitors, trends, local content, channels, products, campaigns, and discounts
- Oversee local sales execution, marketing activation, and partner/channel development
- Submit forecasts and manage local budgeting and compliance/GDPR
- Manage office operations
- Report to the COO and present performance dashboards and strategic plans
- Act as a cultural ambassador for Miss Group locally
- Lead recruitment and talent development
- Build a high-performing, diverse local team
- Drive internal communications, including town halls and newsletters
- Set up HR, upgrade sales, retention, reseller/partner, and admin functions if not existing
