Aufgaben

Provide risk-related advice to Front Management
Support risk-related approvals
Facilitate stakeholder collaboration between the three lines of defence
Deliver Regional and/or Market Risk Reporting
Drive risk-related initiatives across the Bank
Support the Front Office on risk-related tasks
Perform risk & control self-assessments
Assess and handle operational risk incidents
Conduct ad hoc business risk and conduct reviews
Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defence, Front Management, and other stakeholders
Prepare and deliver Regional and/or Market Risk Reporting in collaboration with 2nd LoD teams
Provide transparency and supervisory oversight through Regional and/or Market risk sessions
Address regulatory and quality assurance concerns
Drive risk awareness and training initiatives
Provide risk-related support and advice for Regional and/or Market projects
Monitor and support remediation of risks, incidents, and control issues
Ensure timely and sustainable resolution of Front teams’ related gaps
Coordinate with other BRMs
Interact with various internal stakeholders, such as compliance and legal
Lead and implement change initiatives to improve risk management processes and procedures
Ensure the team is adaptable to changing regulatory requirements and business needs
Support strategic decisions balancing business objectives with risk management requirements
Consider multiple perspectives and potential consequences
