Aufgaben
- Oversee data security, access management, and operational incident management
- Ensure business activities, processes, and documentation comply with policies and regulations
- Partner with risk owners, control owners, subject matter experts, and auditors
- Conduct periodic control reviews and spot checks on sensitive processes
- Drive, coordinate, and monitor risk remediation plans
- Track and report on the resolution of identified issues
- Coordinate the resolution of audit findings and regulatory matters
- Support and coordinate the periodic review and update of internal guidelines
- Contribute to strengthening the risk culture through awareness initiatives
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Support the Chief of Staff in coordinating key priorities
- Contribute to Corporate Services communications and events
- Support the development and maintenance of unit documentation and content
- Provide operational support and backup across the Business Support team
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance service efficiency
