Anforderungen

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Human Resources or equivalent qualification (desirable)
Similar experience in an education environment (plus)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Flexibility, adaptability and ability to work autonomously
Comfortable working in an international environment
Ability to connect with and motivate students of all ages
Strong student focus mindset

Aufgaben

Deliver general presentations and workshops on CV design, motivation letters, job search techniques, interview techniques, and visas
Counsel and advise students on internship searches
Communicate student progress regularly
Support students during internships
Liaise with employers as needed
Follow up on individual placements, including verification and tracking
Prepare required documents like contracts and attestations
Ensure student internships are registered and checked
Verify internships conform to Career Services and GIHE requirements
Administer the Career Services Portal with department members
Manage administrative tasks, including tracking, database management, correspondence, job offer control, statistics, stakeholder communication, and collecting evaluations
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks
Support team members in preparing recruitment events
