- Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cash and securities reconciliation processes
- Identify and allocate discrepancies to relevant departments
- Reconcile physical securities and land registry extracts via physical stock taking
- Investigate issues and monitor open items
- Follow up on resolutions
- Coordinate special reconciliations completed by Operations teams
- Participate in the annual audit related to the reconciliation process
- Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts
- Support efficiency gains and operational risk mitigation
