Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (CIPS, CPM, PMP) are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Experience in Air Traffic Management environment is preferred
- Hands-on experience with SAP in procurement and contract management processes
- Ideally SAP S/4HANA experience
- Strong negotiation skills

Aufgaben
- Oversee procurement and management of IT goods and services
- Develop sourcing strategies for IT procurement
- Manage supplier relationships for IT products and services
- Optimize IT procurement costs
- Ensure IT procurement aligns with business goals
- Foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders
- Maintain contract and supplier master data in S/4 Hana
- Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic IT suppliers
- Assess supplier-related risks, including cybersecurity, compliance, and delivery
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers
- Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO)
- Identify cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities
- Act as a trusted procurement business partner
- Understand business needs and deliver value-driven solutions
- Communicate category plans and procurement strategies to leadership
- Own and execute the full contract lifecycle
- Maintain contract records
- Track contract renewals and expirations
- Mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Track, analyze, and report on category performance KPIs
- Track, analyze, and report on supplier management KPIs
- Track, analyze, and report on contract compliance KPIs
- Track, analyze, and report on cost optimization KPIs
