- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Set up, serve, and clear meals and drinks
- Assist with guest requests and in-resort logistics
- Prepare and serve breakfast daily according to standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and service area
- Manage breakfast timing with guests and chef
- Perform daily housekeeping in all areas
- Manage linen changes, turndown service, and laundry
- Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the chalet
- Light and maintain fires, adjust lighting, and create atmosphere
- Ensure the chalet is always beautifully presented
- Monitor and report maintenance or technical issues
- Work closely with chalet chef, manager, and driver
- Communicate effectively with your team
- Show initiative and flexibility, supporting team members
- Manage in-chalet supplies and restock amenities
- Organise storage areas
- Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assist with deliveries and stock inventory
