- Develop and maintain personal customer contacts
- Serve as main contact for business partners and customers
- Acquire new and maintain existing customers for MICE, Corporate, and Leisure Groups segments
- Participate in creating and implementing annual plans, campaigns, and activities
- Represent hotels at trade fairs, networking events, sales calls, and events
- Continuously observe and analyze the market
- Conduct hotel tours
- Develop strategies and measures to increase company success, in consultation with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue departments
- Maintain CRM, perform administrative sales activities, and conduct follow-ups
- Manage sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms
