Aufgaben
- Operate and monitor CNC-controlled production machines and systems
- Start and stop machines according to production orders and work instructions
- Load and unload workpieces and ensure smooth production flow
- Perform simple machine and tool corrections within specified approvals
- Monitor the ongoing manufacturing process and identify deviations or disruptions early
- Perform and document in-process controls according to inspection plans and specifications
- Inspect manufactured parts using designated testing and measuring equipment
- Ensure required product quality and adherence to specified parameters
- Correctly record and document production and quality data in designated systems
- Process production orders according to work instructions, drawings, and current process specifications
- Report quality deviations, machine malfunctions, and process issues to responsible parties
- Perform simple cleaning, maintenance, and care tasks on machines as specified
- Comply with applicable quality, safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations
- Adhere to requirements and documentation specifications in the regulated medical technology environment
- Ensure order and cleanliness at the workplace
- Actively participate in continuous improvements in the production area
- Support general activities within the production area
