Aufgaben
- Source and sell cocoa powder and cake to European manufacturing sites
- Manage procurement of cocoa powder and cake for intercompany supply
- Oversee cocoa powder sales and execution for European manufacturing sites
- Manage and develop supplier portfolio
- Identify and evaluate alternative sourcing opportunities
- Gather market intelligence and supplier offers for cocoa product sourcing
- Provide competitive pricing and contribute to trading strategy development
- Monitor and manage risk exposures from cocoa powder trading
- Maintain oversight of the trading book
- Support cocoa butter and cocoa liquor trading with third-party customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams on cocoa butter and liquor trading
- Advise customers and sales teams on market developments and pricing
- Advise customers and sales teams on trading strategies and business opportunities
- Maintain key customer relationships
- Execute cocoa futures and foreign exchange transactions
- Resolve quality, logistics, and supply chain issues with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Monitor trade execution and physical product flows
- Develop understanding of product sourcing processes and operational requirements
