- Identify opportunities and solve problems on the shop floor
- Sustain improvements where value is created
- Drive Kaizen Events and Rapid Improvement Workshops
- Accelerate problem-solving and eliminate waste
- Deliver fast, sustainable results
- Train employees and leaders in Lean Six Sigma
- Coach employees and leaders in Lean Six Sigma
- Mentor employees and leaders in Lean Six Sigma
- Support Lean Six Sigma certification programs
- Build continuous improvement capabilities
- Map end-to-end business processes
- Analyze end-to-end business processes
- Redesign end-to-end business processes
- Optimize end-to-end business processes
- Lead deployment of Lean principles
- Lead standardization across manufacturing sites
- Lead best practices across manufacturing sites
- Lead benchmarking activities across manufacturing sites
- Monitor improvement program results through KPIs
- Track improvement program results through KPIs
- Communicate improvement program results through KPIs
- Ensure sustainable implementation of improvements
- Ensure measurable business impact of improvements
- Travel to support factories
