- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in Compliance, Law, Regulatory Affairs, Business Ethics, Governance, or related field
- Strong integrity, sound judgment, reliability, and responsibility
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Organization, proactivity, independent work, and collaboration
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for international/multicultural environments
- Fluent written and spoken English; German and additional languages advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; interest in digital/AI tools is a plus
- Previous experience (internships, student employment, volunteer, international, extracurricular) beneficial
Aufgaben
- Support international compliance projects
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions, countries, and cultures
- Help develop and improve global initiatives, tools, guidance, and checklists
- Contribute to compliance training, awareness, and communication
- Research and analyze regulations, topics, and trends
- Turn findings into briefings or recommendations
- Develop practical compliance tools, guidance, and checklists
- Prepare presentations and reports for management
- Coordinate project activities from planning to reporting
- Take ownership of assignments, contribute ideas, and bring perspective
