- Advanced knowledge of planning and consolidation systems

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field
- MBA, CPA, CMA, Lean/Six Sigma, or Project Management qualifications advantageous
- Fluent English required
- German and French are a plus
Aufgaben
- Partner with COO and Operations Leadership Team.
- Support strategic decision-making across manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, quality, and supply chain operations.
- Drive global standards, performance transparency, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group.
- Provide financial insights, performance analysis, and business cases.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and performance reporting.
- Monitor operational and financial KPIs.
- Drive improvement actions.
- Own and enhance global standard costing, inventory control, plant performance measurement, and operations controlling standards, policies, and reporting frameworks.
- Drive transparency and performance improvement across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, inventory, productivity, forecast accuracy, working capital, and supply chain operations.
- Act as finance lead for operational transformation projects.
- Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and performance measures across SAP, planning, consolidation, and BI systems.
- Strengthen Group Controlling community through training, best-practice sharing, continuous improvement initiatives, and finance transformation projects.
