- 3-5 years of experience in EATS, exhaust system or hardware development
- Experience in internal combustion engines
- Solid knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment systems and catalyst technologies
- Experience with DEF dosing systems
- Experience in EATS testing, validation and calibration
- Experience with test planning, measurement and data analysis
- Knowledge of EATS simulation (1D/3D)
- Basic CFD knowledge
- Knowledge of FMEA methodology
- Knowledge of DVPnR methodology
- Familiarity with measurement and data acquisition tools
- Basic understanding of automotive software
- Structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting
- Enjoyment of working cross-functionally
- Comfortable coordinating technical topics with suppliers
Aufgaben
- Lead EATS development from requirements to PPAP
- Define EATS component specifications and ensure project target alignment
- Plan and coordinate EATS development and validation activities
- Coordinate EATS testing on engine test benches
- Analyze EATS test results
- Drive EATS troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Manage DVPnR activities and support Quality Gates
- Collaborate with Engine Development, Design, Purchasing, and Quality
- Develop and integrate EATS solutions
- Act as technical reference for EATS suppliers
- Evaluate EATS technology and components
- Provide technical troubleshooting for EATS
- Conduct EATS 8D activities
- Define and maintain EATS software and documentation
- Report EATS development status to the project team
