- At least 4 years of hands-on DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience
- Solid experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience running containerized workloads on Kubernetes
- Administering Linux-based environments
- Strong experience with Ansible
- Experience with Terraform, Packer, or similar tools
- Experience operating delivery platforms in production
- Troubleshooting, incident handling, and on-call support experience
- Strong collaboration skills
- Awareness of security concepts
- Awareness of data protection concepts
- Awareness of compliance concepts (e.g. PII, GDPR)
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience with container security scanning
- Experience with artifact management repositories
- Familiarity with observability platforms
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms
- Experience with Linux lifecycle management tools
- Experience with Kubernetes management platforms
- Experience with identity solutions
- Experience with SSO solutions

- Own security hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation
- Define and maintain infrastructure standards, best practices, and documentation
