Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable field
- Proven experience in web development, digital solution delivery or related area
- Background in e-commerce or regulated industries (FMCG, pharmaceuticals) highly beneficial
- Demonstrated experience delivering system integrations, platform enhancements and releases in global/multi-market organization
- Hands-on experience with front-end delivery using Builder.io or comparable headless/visual CMS platform in eCommerce
- Strong working knowledge of databases, SQL, and core eCommerce tooling
- Practical experience managing and activating data within Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Practical understanding of API integration patterns
- Ability to scope and build smaller local web applications end to end
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Own local system integrations, designing, delivering, and maintaining API-based integrations
- Monitor integration points and maintain technical and compliance standards
- Lead Swiss implementation of global front-end releases across Builder.io platforms
- Assess impact, adapt, test, deploy, and stabilize global front-end releases
- Ensure global platform developments do not disrupt Swiss market-specific needs
- Manage database structures and SQL activities for eCommerce, segmentation, and reporting
- Manage technical partners, vendors, and agencies on technical matters
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, evaluating technologies and vendors
- Design, deploy, integrate, and scale AI use cases across the digital ecosystem
- Enable digital and marketing teams to leverage AI-powered capabilities
- Drive adoption of automation, personalization, and agentic AI solutions
