- Monitor GENSUITE corrective actions
- Drive departmental accountability for EHS actions
- Analyze trends and develop preventive actions
- Prepare KPI reports for site management
- Provide EHS updates to Global EHS
- Deliver safety induction training to new employees
- Deliver safety induction training to contractors
- Deliver safety induction training to visitors
- Deliver safety induction training to temporary workers
- Develop and maintain safety training programs
- Conduct periodic safety refresher training
- Promote safety awareness campaigns
- Promote behavioral safety initiatives
- Develop and maintain the site's Emergency Response Plan
- Define and implement evacuation strategies
- Organize evacuation drills and emergency exercises
- Ensure emergency teams are trained and effective
- Coordinate emergency preparedness with local authorities
- Maintain and update safety-related site layouts
- Maintain and update evacuation maps
- Ensure adequacy of emergency exits
- Ensure adequacy of escape routes
- Ensure adequacy of assembly points
- Ensure adequacy of firefighting equipment locations
- Ensure adequacy of first aid stations
- Ensure adequacy of safety signage
- Monitor compliance with Swiss workplace signage requirements
- Monitor compliance with Swiss emergency information requirements
- Support environmental compliance activities
- Monitor waste management practices
- Support sustainability and environmental improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits and obligations
- Promote a proactive safety culture
- Lead root cause investigations for incidents
