Aufgaben
- Lead the team turning AI partnerships into products
- Own each integration of partner technology from first version to production feature
- Help decide where partnering beats building
- Lead a distributed engineering team
- Hire top talent
- Keep the team healthy
- Give timely, actionable feedback
- Support individual growth plans
- Work with Product Management to balance new features against reliability, security, maintainability, and cost
- Turn priorities into realistic delivery plans with capacity, dependencies, and risks made explicit
- Communicate early and report bad news promptly
- Renegotiate when delivery is at risk
- Ensure clear service ownership, monitoring, and tested recovery options
- Run blameless postmortems
- Turn recurring problems into structural improvements
- Review technical approaches
- Challenge designs and estimates
- Uphold shared engineering standards
- Create a safe environment for engineers to challenge each other, raise concerns, and experiment
- Use open feedback for shared growth
- Improve how the team works with AI assistants and coding agents
- Shape the team’s roadmap, architecture, and hiring
