Anforderungen
- 8+ years enterprise/solutions architecture, systems integration, software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in engineering, computer science, or technical discipline
- Experience in architecture standards, frameworks, tools, security best practices; TOGAF (or similar) certification, UML 2.x, BPMN 2.0, ArchiMate experience preferred
- Experience architecting AWS cloud solutions; AWS Architect certification, secure microservices and APIs design experience advantageous
- Software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps), requirements engineering experience expected, certifications ideally including project management methodologies awareness
- Deep knowledge of trading and/or energy sectors, including business processes
- Strong knowledge of applications, technology, IT services supporting business processes
- Good communications, presentation, inter-personal skills; team and goal oriented, analytical, problem-solving skills highly valued
- Fluent English; German and French competency advantageous

- Establish and maintain an architectural vision
- Provide architecture support and guidance
- Drive the shift towards a simplified, microservices architecture
- Drive the reuse of assets and services
- Pursue changes to achieve business and technology goals
- Establish and maintain a technology strategy for D&C
- Define architectural, design, technology, and security standards for D&C
- Represent D&C interests in enterprise architecture workgroups
- Establish and maintain architectural principles, methodologies, and frameworks
- Ensure adherence to best practices of cloud architectures
- Ensure architecture activities are motivated by clear business benefits
- Ensure transparency on risks
- Communicate achieved business benefits and risk management activities
- Maintain an architecture repository for D&C
- Capture architecture documentation and architectural views
- Support the scoping of new activities and services
- Support changes to existing services
- Analyze and translate requirements into an architectural blueprint
- Outline solutions to achieve business objectives
- Capture functional and non-functional requirements in blueprints
- Present architectural views and supporting material
- Iterate architectural views with teams and stakeholders
- Provide landscape-wide knowledge across technical areas and business segments
- Ensure dependencies and risks are accurately captured
- Ensure technical solutions align with the architectural vision
- Ensure changes align with architectural principles and standards
- Elaborate low-level architecture design with Software Engineers
- Review low-level architecture design with Software Engineers
- Perform architectural reviews
- Prepare conformance reports for development teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT governance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT maturity
- Work closely with Business Partners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
- Assist peer Architects and Business Analysts
- Review the work of peer Architects and Business Analysts
- Adhere to the D&C Technology Information Security Management System
