Aufgaben
- Partner closely with Area FMs for ME and Africa
- Lead FP&A activities within assigned areas
- Develop compelling leadership narratives on Africa's performance, commitments, and variances
- Identify trends and risks using financial expertise and analytics
- Provide strategic recommendations to Area Finance Heads
- Lead end-to-end financial cycles (Business Planning, MTOs, T0)
- Manage the annual financial calendar
- Ensure a "single source of truth" across Africa
- Challenge current ways of working
- Actively apply Digital and AI solutions
- Identify standardization and automation opportunities
- Collaborate across Areas to align on financial stewardship
- Provide high-impact presentations for key executive events
- Bring together Disease Area and geographic perspectives for assigned areas
- Provide clarity and transparency on Pharma International context
- Identify Areas' contribution to broader PI
- Prioritize work packages and shift focus to highest impact opportunities
- Flex according to area needs and re-prioritize
- Contribute to, lead, and drive eCOE OBC outcomes and FINET work packages
