- Analyze quality deviations, scrap, and rework
- Identify true root causes of quality issues
- Apply structured problem-solving methods (5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)
- Develop sustainable corrective actions
- Implement sustainable preventive actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on actions
- Support production with quality and process issues
- Conduct root cause analyses for quality notifications
- Analyze quality metrics
- Identify trends and risks in quality data
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Contribute to error prevention
