Aufgaben
- Act as the primary operational interface between local and global stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational resilience
- Optimize tools and services for value-for-money
- Promote a 'One-Team' operating model across different entities
- Act as a relationship manager and connector
- Ensure compliant oversight of FCFP outsourced activities
- Maintain accountability for client service quality and data integrity
- Serve as delegated risk owner for FCP risks
- Manage local 1LoD FCP processes regardless of execution location
- Act as local TIPM service owner for outsourced processes
- Manage yearly dynamic planning, capacity planning, and budget adherence
- Manage local 1LoD FCFP staff and submit FTE requests
- Lead and develop a team of FCP professionals
- Oversee Know-Your-Customer activities (onboarding, reviews, periodic/event-driven)
- Oversee screening activities (Name, Transaction, Adverse Media)
- Oversee transaction post-monitoring activities
- Oversee fraud prevention activities
- Manage local leads, Special Matter Experts, and staff
- Provide training and career development for staff
- Ensure End-to-End compliance with local and global regulatory requirements
- Oversee the full End-to-End product and client life cycle
- Drive local implementation of global FCFP strategies and policies
- Coordinate local implementation of target operating models and digital initiatives
- Support prioritization for migration to global platforms and standardized solutions
- Identify and remediate gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in processes
- Optimize operational set-ups with global product leads
- Cooperate on projects within the global and regional FCP community
- Provide constructive feedback to global product leads
- Offer mentoring or buddying support to colleagues
- Support the design of global and local FCP internal control documents
- Ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery in KYC/Screening/Monitoring/Fraud
- Ensure data quality and adherence to local data governance requirements
- Oversee execution, speed, and quality of locally delivered or outsourced services
- Ensure service performance of all providers
- Present BAU monthly reporting, data quality results, and procedure changes
- Present tooling acceptance and any issues and breaches to local COP-FCP instances
