Aufgaben
- Achieve or exceed assigned territory sales targets
- Provide clinical support for product implementation and adoption
- Optimize Advanced Patient Monitoring solutions
- Offer hands-on support during surgical procedures
- Provide patient care support in the intensive care unit
- Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training
- Conduct education programs for healthcare professionals
- Support product launches, implementations, and evaluations
- Support trial placements in hospitals
- Partner with the Sales team to identify business opportunities
- Engage in value-based discussions with customers
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops
- Present at scientific congresses and industry events
- Develop customer-specific clinical solutions
- Implement monitoring concepts to improve patient care
- Implement monitoring concepts to improve workflow efficiency
- Address clinical and application-related inquiries
- Support the resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs
- Collaborate with Technical Service and other internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer activities in CRM

- Stay current on clinical evidence and guidelines
- Stay current on market trends in critical care
- Stay current on developments in patient monitoring
