Aufgaben
- Operate EPD’s divisional planning system (SAP Analytical Cloud)
- Execute annual activities for budget transfers
- Manage Master Data Management for product and geographic hierarchy
- Communicate with EPD country and area Finance counterparts
- Communicate with other functional stakeholders in the Division
- Ensure clear and transparent communication
- Ensure qualitative forecast data loads into EPD planning system
- Prepare and maintain EPD planning systems
- Ensure data integrity in planning systems
- Create ad-hoc templates for planning systems
- Solve daily tickets for planning systems
- Escalate issues to technical support when appropriate
- Conduct checks for forecast data quality
- Coordinate with relevant business units for forecast data
- Ensure accurate and timely forecast data loads
- Perform month-end activities including journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities
- Coordinate annual budget transfers
- Coordinate annual plan load activities
- Orchestrate Global Product hierarchy planning for future year
- Orchestrate Geographic hierarchy planning for future year
- Identify process improvements
- Drive process improvements
- Create standard reports and dashboards
- Continuously improve standard reports and dashboards
- Drive key projects at divisional level
- Ensure quality and timeliness of financial reports
- Act as divisional single-point of contact for EPD planning system SAC
- Act as subject matter expert for EPD planning system SAC
- Cultivate internal networks
- Develop external network of resources
- Facilitate task completion
- Proactively identify potential discrepancies
- Act as project lead on small projects
- Provide extended support on larger projects
