- Passion for collaborating directly with end-users (warehouse, operations staff)
- High degree of curiosity
- Proactive mindset for end-to-end problem ownership
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of German or French is a plus
- Non-smoker
- Valid work permit or Swiss passport
Aufgaben
- Transform vague problems into shipped solutions
- Maintain warehouse and supplier web apps
- Develop back-office internal tools
- Manage backend and GraphQL API for menus, deliveries, and customer sites
- Manage service connecting automated picking lanes to the broader system
- Oversee Android Point of Sale application on fridge devices
- Streamline release process for the Android fleet
- Integrate card payments, TWINT, ERP, and external partner systems
- Drive production health through log and alert management
- Manage careful feature rollouts and rollback plans
- Perform upgrades, tests, and code cleanup
- Split complex features into manageable pieces
- Thoroughly review pull requests from other engineers
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Debug live issues alongside the operations team
- Visit the warehouse to test changes on-site with end-users
