- Manage infrastructure, deployment automation, and CI/CD processes
- Design and optimize relational data solutions
- Design and optimize asynchronous, event-driven architectures
- Design and optimize messaging workflows and Change Data Capture mechanisms
- Ensure production systems meet high standards for reliability and performance
- Ensure production systems meet high standards for security, testing, monitoring, and observability
- Investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes
- Implement sustainable solutions for technical issues
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
- Share knowledge and improve engineering practices
- Promote effective use of AI-assisted development tools
