Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business
- Significant experience in category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier management
- Strong negotiation, tendering, contracting, and cost analysis skills

- Build and manage a robust savings pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and realization of procurement benefits
- Act as the global procurement subject matter expert for logistics and warehousing
- Provide market intelligence and strategic guidance for logistics and warehousing
- Drive supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage supplier governance to improve service quality, resilience, innovation, and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align category strategies with business needs
- Align category strategies with operational priorities, sustainability goals, and risk mitigation plans
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement digitalization initiatives
- Identify and implement process harmonization initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency
