Aufgaben
- Set global environmental technology strategy across waste, wastewater, air emissions, vent treatment, recovery, and recycling, informed by BAT.
- Identify, assess, and mature emerging technologies from lab to manufacturing application.
- Partner with global and local manufacturing teams to solve environmental challenges, improve site performance, and safeguard license to operate.
- Provide technical leadership and challenge for environmental projects, assessing feasibility, benefit, risk, operability, and cost.
- Influence product and process choices by evaluating waste streams during active-ingredient process development.
- Develop solutions to reduce impacts to air, water, and land across products and sites.
- Build and lead a global environmental technology community across teams and experts.
- Grow internal capabilities through coaching, knowledge exchange, training, reviews, and partnerships.
- Translate environmental science and regulation into clear choices and action for stakeholders.
