- Strong proficiency in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows
- Strong proficiency in eSourcing platforms
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Advanced affinity for AI applications
- Advanced affinity for Industry 4.0 digital transformations
- Business-level fluency in English
- German language skills (strong asset)
- Mandarin language skills (strong asset)
- Proven success mentoring junior colleagues across remote global sites

- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for A-suppliers
- Ensure execution of contractual agreements with suppliers
- Engage early in development projects to shape supplier selection
- Define initial procurement parameters for new product launches
- Configure a sustainable inbound supply chain for technical transfers
- Support supplier relationship management for phase-outs
- Conduct joint QBRs with suppliers
- Synchronize long-term demand planning with supplier capacities
- Mitigate VUCA/geopolitical risks with suppliers
- Translate network requirements into actionable specifications
- Orchestrate end-to-end requisition-to-order cycles
- Execute standardized tactical workflows
- Achieve operational KPIs
- Maximize financial value
- Advance sustainability goals
- Synchronize supplier capacity with global manufacturing requirements
- Manage Tier 1 and 2 supplier escalations
- Serve as the primary interface for dispute resolution
- Manage bottlenecks in the supply chain
- Deploy predictive risk frameworks to resolve material shortages
- Secure uninterrupted supply across the network
- Modernize sourcing processes
