- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
- Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11/820
- Ensure compliance with local EHS/OSHA regulations
- Set global operating standards for temperature-controlled storage
- Map temperature validation protocols
- Manage temperature excursions
- Develop emergency response workflows for storage
- Drive root-cause analysis for warehouse deviations
- Manage inventory variance investigations
- Manage temperature excursion investigations
- Maintain audit readiness across the global logistics network
- Define SOP frameworks for outsourced warehouse operations
- Define SLAs for outsourced warehouse operations
- Define Delegation of Authority (DoA) controls for 3PLs
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
- Maximize storage density
