- Act as a key strategic architect for sustainability initiatives
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for sustainability initiatives
- Lead global high-impact sustainability projects
- Drive cross-functional squads for sustainability initiatives
- Manage complex stakeholder landscapes for reporting compliance
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements like CSRD
- Inspire the PT community to pioneer data-driven programs
- Champion the race to zero greenhouse gas emissions
- Advance circular economy principles
- Govern resource accounting for global license to operate
- Lead global projects and manage reporting deliverables under CSRD
- Calculate and track key material weights for products and packaging
- Track critical raw materials, product durability, and designed recyclability rates
- Report on year-over-year drivers for material weights
- Oversee and track hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams
- Track Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) quantities
- Oversee waste and SVHC metrics across procurement, production, and environmental releases
- Standardize global reporting methodologies for key materials
- Standardize global reporting methodologies for packaging recyclability
- Standardize global reporting methodologies for waste streams
- Standardize global reporting methodologies for SVHC metrics
- Govern global reporting methodologies in collaboration with the chemical legislation team
- Lead cross-functional global sustainability initiatives
- Lead initiatives in chemical recycling technologies
- Lead initiatives in digitalization for sustainability
- Support the global sustainable construction program
- Drive the rollout of the Sustainable Sites (SuSi) Framework
- Support the implementation lead in deploying decarbonization roadmaps
- Support the implementation lead in deploying sustainable products roadmaps
- Develop robust business cases for new sustainability technologies globally
- Ensure optimal ROI and minimal business impact for new technologies
- Partner with Group SHE for strategic alignment
