Anforderungen

  • Expertise in EXCEL

Aufgaben

  • Lead seasonal sample distribution across the EMEA region
  • Ensure product ranges reach showrooms, sales reps, agents, and distributors on time
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of sample product ranges
  • Support the SMS Supervisor in ordering samples within budget and time targets
  • Contribute to delivering all products on time for sales campaigns
  • Manage and monitor all shipments to ensure timely delivery to sales destinations
  • Communicate daily shipping details and support to showrooms, agents, and reps for tracking
  • Support the Go To Market Team in all events
  • Prioritize tasks according to the Go To Market Calendar
  • Handle multiple tasks during peak season
  • Understand the whole product lifecycle during the season
  • Support event and retail execution during seasonal Sell-In campaigns
  • Provide operational support at the Vans HQ Store
  • Handle real-time shipping disruptions and manage fluid priorities
  • Ensure sample availability and GTM readiness to support sales teams
  • Gain exposure to seasonal GTM planning and execution
  • Participate in skill-building workshops and internal consulting projects
  • Work one day in-store to gain insights about brands
  • Network with peers and senior leadership
