Anforderungen
- 10+ years leadership experience in Operations, Compliance, AML, Risk Management
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven track record in process optimisation, automation, digitalisation, operational excellence
- Relevant certification in project management, process improvement or transformation (e.g. PMP) is an asset
- Strong understanding of data, technology, workflow tools, AI for control effectiveness, decision-making, operational efficiency
- Strong expertise in client onboarding, KYC/AML, client lifecycle management, AML transaction monitoring, legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities for complex regulatory and operational matters
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing large, diverse teams, building high-performing structures, talent development, career planning
- Past exposure to Executive Management, regulators, auditors, senior internal stakeholders
- High integrity, sound judgement, professional credibility, strong interpersonal skills, collaborative leadership
- Native French or English speaker, full professional fluency in the other language
Aufgaben
- Define the CLI’s strategic direction, organization, governance, and priorities
- Establish clear accountability across the department
- Maintain a strong, risk-based control environment
- Ensure CLI activities are effective, consistent, and compliant
- Provide senior leadership on complex or sensitive cases
- Drive appropriate escalation and decision-making
- Represent the CLI at Senior Management and governance bodies
- Act as a strategic partner to Executive Management and stakeholders
- Serve as a senior point of contact for FINMA, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Drive high standards, quality, and effectiveness across CLI activities
- Ensure timely reporting of key risk and performance indicators
- Build and develop a high-performing management team
- Foster a culture of strong control, collaboration, and operational excellence
- Contribute to external and internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
- Oversee private client onboarding in line with requirements
- Oversee integrity-related lifecycle activities, including reviews and closures
- Oversee AML transaction monitoring for suspicious activities
- Ensure appropriate risk management for complex client relationships
- Continuously enhance the effectiveness and scalability of CLI processes
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology and AI
- Reduce manual activities and improve quality, consistency, and risk effectiveness
- Establish and monitor operational and quality metrics
- Deliver sustainable improvements across client onboarding and lifecycle management
- Anticipate and adapt to evolving client onboarding and lifecycle landscapes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency
