Anforderungen
- Master's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, or comparable field; business administration training is an advantage
- Several years of management experience in technical, production, maintenance, or plant development organizations
- In-depth knowledge of product/process industrialization, NPI, asset management, and industrial scale-up
- Extensive experience with digital manufacturing, automation, and production systems (MES, SAP ME, networked platforms)
- Proven responsibility in CAPEX, plant development, project portfolio management, TPM/maintenance, and advanced manufacturing technologies
- Experience in requirements development; ability to create and review user requirements and functional specifications
- Systematic analysis of complex relationships, effective prioritization, persuasive communication in German and English within an international matrix environment

- Drive industrialization of new products, processes, and plants
- Support the scaling of manufacturing
