Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years supply chain leadership in hardware, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech equipment manufacturing
- 5+ years operational and strategic procurement experience
- Deep hands-on experience in electronic component procurement, global vendor management, and component lifecycle management
- Proven track record implementing, migrating, or scaling enterprise ERP system (Odoo a plus)
- Demonstrated success designing and running enterprise S&OP cycle from scratch
- Native/Fluent proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Demanding leadership with excellent communication skills, clear vision, precise objectives, proficient and methodical change management
- Ability to travel

- Modernize digital infrastructure through ERP implementation
- Align cross-functional teams around a robust S&OP framework
- Lead strategic purchasing for electronic components
- Manage supplier relationships for electronic components
- Negotiate contracts for electronic components
- Mitigate supply continuity risks for electronic components
- Drive cost optimization for electronic components
- Establish, mature, and lead a structured S&OP process
- Harmonize demand forecasting, capacity planning, and financial targets
- Drive the implementation and integration of a modern ERP system
- Map workflows for ERP system integration
- Standardize master data for ERP system integration
- Leverage ERP capabilities to improve inventory visibility
- Leverage ERP capabilities to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee global logistics
- Oversee warehousing
- Oversee customs compliance
- Oversee inventory control
- Balance high delivery fulfillment rates with minimal buffer stock costs
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing supply chain and purchasing team
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of analytical decision-making
