Anforderungen
- 5+ years managerial HSE experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or energy
- Certified HSE professional per Swiss legislation
- Strong leadership personality with team leading and stakeholder influencing experience
- Sound understanding of occupational health, safety, environmental, and sustainability requirements
- Hands-on experience managing HSE management systems and improvement programs
- Strong knowledge of Swiss HSE legislation and ISO 14001/45001
- Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and compliance reviews
- Ability to analyze complex risks and identify practical solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- International experience and intercultural awareness advantageous

- Fluent English and German, written and spoken

- Lead the HSE function for GCB Switzerland
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to one direct report
