- Lead multidisciplinary ICT teams
- Support recruitment and development of national ICT staff
- Drive continuous improvement of ICT services
- Advise management on ICT matters and technology solutions
- Ensure implementation and effective use of information systems
- Maintain uninterrupted service and integration with global information systems
- Implement, adapt, and ensure adherence to ICT policies, procedures, and standards
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with local providers
- Oversee communications infrastructure in compliance with policies and local conditions
- Ensure ICT security measures align with organizational and operational requirements
- Supervise testing of ICT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and equipment
- Lead and manage ICT support teams
