- Engineering diploma or Master's in construction, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years construction project management experience, ideally in pharma, biotech, chemical, or food industries
- Proven site coordination and supplier management experience

- Mastery of applicable EHS regulations for construction sites

- Degree in engineering or Master's in construction, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent field
- Five or more years of experience in construction project management, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or food industries
- Proven experience in site coordination and supplier management
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations applicable to construction sites
- Advanced knowledge of fire safety, with AEAI Specialist certification
- Good level of professional English
Aufgaben
- Lead construction, renovation, improvement, and fit-out activities
- Define technical requirements with stakeholders
- Contribute to specifications, budget estimates, and schedules
- Participate in design studies and tender processes
- Supervise contractors, engineering firms, and architects
- Coordinate work on site and monitor progress
- Lead the Facility Master Plan
- Ensure work complies with approved plans and GMP
- Manage risks related to simultaneous activities
- Monitor costs, schedules, and scope changes
- Organize site meetings and provide project reporting
- Manage non-conformities and corrective actions
- Compile and review project closeout documentation
- Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections
- Contribute to continuous improvement of standards
- Ensure compliance of safety systems with AEAI requirements
