Aufgaben
- Lead and support the nursing team
- Manage daily operations
- Ensure seamless coordination with other departments
- Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff and external service providers
- Manage and implement the Critical Incident Reporting System (CIRS)
- Ensure proper documentation and analysis of incidents
- Foster a culture of safety
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance client care and minimize risks
- Work closely with the quality management team
- Address identified issues
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Foster collaboration and a high-performance culture
- Coordinate schedules
- Plan and deliver training programs for nursing staff and external nurses
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, hygiene standards, and company guidelines
- Perform clinical tasks such as blood draws, infusions, EKGs, and medication management
- Manage incident reporting and follow-up
- Implement corrective measures with leadership
- Oversee ordering, preparation, and transport of medical samples
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and hygiene standards
- Liaise with external nurses, doctors, and partner pharmacies
- Assist with onboarding and retesting of clients
- Develop and update internal guidelines, processes, and checklists
