- Conduct portfolio reviews and competitive assessments
- Analyze market prioritization to identify growth opportunities
- Develop strategic recommendations for leadership
- Present findings to support portfolio and business development decisions
- Coordinate development of global business cases and financial models
- Align key assumptions with regional and country leadership
- Participate in due diligence for partnerships and licensing
- Work with leadership on high-priority strategic initiatives
- Prepare executive presentations and leadership briefings
- Prepare governance updates and Board-level materials
- Support alliance management activities
- Track KPIs and manage stakeholder engagement for alliances
- Support value creation initiatives for alliances
- Manage interactions with strategic partners
- Support governance discussions impacting global partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to developing best practices in Alliance Management
- Contribute to developing governance frameworks
- Contribute to developing operating models
- Contribute to organizational capability-building initiatives
