Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
- Excellent command installing, maintaining, troubleshooting Windows 11
- Excellent command of Office 365, Teams
- Excellent command of Apple and Android mobile devices
- Strong knowledge of OSI model and Enterprise Network Infrastructure
- Knowledge in Project Management of IT Infrastructure Projects
- Relevant certification advantageous (MS-700, CCNA, ITIL)
- Willingness to continuously learn and high interest in new technologies
- High readiness to get things done
- Very good organization skills, ability to work independently, great team player
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Flexible to travel to offices in EMEA Region (20% travel)
Aufgaben
- Provide IT onsite support to users in local offices
- Install, maintain, and repair hardware and software components
- Provide remote and on-site IT support
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams at Headquarters
- Undertake project management responsibilities
- Support Microsoft technologies: Windows 11, Office 365, Teams
- Manage Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android
- Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure
- Perform 2nd-level troubleshooting for network and systems
- Maintain and update the network and system CMDB (NetBox)
- Manage and maintain systems infrastructure with the Systems Team (ESX)
- Manage and maintain the printing infrastructure
- Install and configure laptops, desktops, servers, and switches
- Perform patching work on hardware
- Troubleshoot and replace laptops, desktops, and components
- Support Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop)
- Maintain and update software and hardware inventory
- Assist in budget preparation
- Manage contracts with local vendors
- Negotiate with local vendors
- Oversee contractor installations during office moves
- Oversee contractor maintenance during office moves
- Oversee contractor installations during shutdown operations
- Oversee contractor maintenance during shutdown operations
- Oversee contractor installations during opening operations
- Oversee contractor maintenance during opening operations
- Advise users on hardware and software usage
- Provide support to Independent Asset Managers in the region
- Create, update, and maintain documentation
- Create, update, and maintain internal wiki
- Participate in implementation of group projects
- Participate in deployment of group projects
- Contribute to the Business Continuity Plan
- Act as a point of contact during BCP invocation
