Aufgaben
- Support the investment lifecycle from sourcing to sell-downs
- Focus on opportunities across internal markets
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in energy infrastructure globally
- Support transaction execution, including financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee
- Coordinate due diligence processes across technical, legal, financial, tax, and commercial workstreams
- Work closely with external advisors and internal experts
- Assist in structuring transactions and negotiations
- Conduct market research and derive investment strategies
- Lead add-on transactions for portfolio companies
- Support refinancing workstreams and debt capital structure optimization
- Lead value creation processes on portfolio companies
- Analyze key performance indicators to monitor asset developments
- Maintain and enhance valuation models to track investment performance
- Coordinate with stakeholders for valuation
- Support strategic decision-making with qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Manage legal agreements related to capital structure, business strategy, and regulatory developments
- Develop periodic reports for investors, lenders, and investment committees
- Manage relationships with industry partners and external service providers
- Retender services as needed
- Oversee liquidity planning, debt utilization, and equity drawdown processes
- Control financial covenants
